more than your paycheck.

who thinks he’s failing because

or TikTok and stuff, and you

because your mind is on bills.

they’re not counting your money.

from your phone,

minutes, the times you said,

amount you paid for school fees.

if you were there when they were scared.

if you made them feel safe.

when you get home tired,

listen to that long story about school.
