He plays a pivotal role as the lead designer and developer for Lynda: Rooted&Real. Lynda approached Francis with her vision for a podcast and services platform, and their established rapport allowed him to effectively bring her idea to life, resulting in the successful creation of Lynda: Rooted&Real.

As a self-proclaimed “ambivert”, Francis’ unique approach to brand-building combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of human emotions and behavior.
