1. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation via email.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: Full payment must be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen factors (including tax changes or currency fluctuations) until final payment is received.
2. Cancellations and Changes
Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled service without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the total booking fee.
3. Service Usage and Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate booking and contact details.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
4. Liability and Indemnity
Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to the total service fee paid, except in cases of proven negligence.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
5. Privacy and Governing Law
Data Usage: Personal information is collected and used solely for booking and service delivery purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
