WEBVTT

1
00:00:17.488 --> 00:00:18.288
Hello, hello.

2
00:00:19.368 --> 00:00:28.188
We are on the fourth episode of How
to Disappear and... Come Back Stronger.

3
00:00:28.908 --> 00:00:32.908
Remember, I would love to hear
what you have to say about this.

4
00:00:34.828 --> 00:00:40.788
So this fourth one is about
'Let Results Speak For Themselves'.

5
00:00:41.148 --> 00:00:45.108
When you start changing,
you'll want to explain yourself.

6
00:00:45.268 --> 00:00:46.988
'Ati' (Like), "Oh, I left because...

7
00:00:47.348 --> 00:00:49.108
Oh, I'm doing this now...

8
00:00:49.268 --> 00:00:52.468
Oh, people don't know what
I went through..." Stop!

9
00:00:53.748 --> 00:01:00.268
You don't owe anyone an explanation
for choosing yourself.

10
00:01:01.308 --> 00:01:07.708
The biggest mistake in a glow up
is talking too much, too early.

11
00:01:09.228 --> 00:01:12.388
You tell people your plan,
they give you their fears,

12
00:01:12.828 --> 00:01:15.028
and then you, you abort the plan.

13
00:01:16.988 --> 00:01:19.548
So let results speak.

14
00:01:20.388 --> 00:01:21.788
Let them see you calmer.

15
00:01:22.508 --> 00:01:24.468
Let them see you not arguing back.

16
00:01:25.108 --> 00:01:30.628
Let them see your skin glowing, your
money growing, and your peace staying.

17
00:01:31.828 --> 00:01:34.308
Don't post a paragraph about your growth.

18
00:01:35.028 --> 00:01:37.468
Let your growth post you.

19
00:01:38.788 --> 00:01:41.668
Silence confuses your
enemies more than noise.

20
00:01:43.068 --> 00:01:46.108
When they expect you to rant,
you are quiet.

21
00:01:47.308 --> 00:01:50.348
When they expect you to beg,
you're busy building.

22
00:01:51.668 --> 00:01:57.283
Remember, lions don't have
to tell you they're lions.

23
00:01:57.308 --> 00:01:58.068
They just are.

24
00:01:59.348 --> 00:02:04.988
So today, delete that long
caption explaining yourself.

25
00:02:05.908 --> 00:02:09.908
'Achana na hizo' (Let that stuff go).
Just do the work.

26
00:02:10.788 --> 00:02:14.828
The results will introduce you later.
